About us
Discover new learning methods
Forget the traditional school and its codes! Tomorrow's managers must evolve in an environment modelled on that of the company. In a constantly changing world, they must be adaptable.
Our pedagogy will enable you to meet the challenges of tomorrow and the new organisations of the company: distance work, autonomy in learning, team project management, etc.
The individual development of each student is at the heart of our teaching methods. We want you to be able to capitalise on your soft skills to become an autonomous, agile and creative professional.
A hybrid pedagogy
The courses take place both face-to-face and off-line. Thanks to our numerous digital tools, our distance learning courses are just as qualitative. They allow greater flexibility and agility in your learning.
Distance learning does not mean isolation! The EDJO platform, developed in-house, has been designed to bring us closer to you. It provides you with additional resources and personalised support. You can exchange freely with the teaching team and submit your remarks or possible difficulties.
Would you prefer to attend your classes in person and meet up with your classmates? It's possible! Thanks to our technological tools, the lecturer gives lessons simultaneously to people present in the school and to people at a distance.
You are free to choose the formula that suits you each day, for each course.
Project-based teaching: "Learning by doing
Our trainers do not recite long theoretical lessons to you! With them, you are challenged on real company cases. The more you practice, the more operational and prepared you will be for the realities of your future job.
You will learn to manage a project (deadlines, budget, quality, creativity, etc.) and to work in a group (cooperation, planning, diplomacy, management, etc.). You will have many experiences that will allow you to progress and develop your professional network.
Thanks to our rich network of more than 600 partner companies, our teaching is rooted in reality. We consult our partners regularly to get their feedback on the content of the courses. We want them to correspond to the reality of the profession in order to provide you with the reflexes of professionals.
Our training content is therefore regularly updated to perfectly match the expectations of your future recruiters.
Your trainers are practising professionals, whether self-employed or employees of large companies. They will help you to gain a concrete vision of the profession thanks to their feedback.
A teaching method that favours autonomy
Studying at ISCAE means getting out of the classroom and into the professional world. Through this pedagogical approach, we want to give autonomy back to the individual, to let them learn and develop as they wish.
By joining ISCAE, you are an actor in your training.
Because we believe in you and trust you, you are free to come to class or not. To come in the morning or in the afternoon, on Monday or on Friday!
Coming to class should no longer be an obligation, but should be done out of interest and pleasure. The pleasure of meeting the lecturers, your classmates, of using the technological tools, of using the common spaces, of gathering around projects...
